Alfred Nobel was a clever chemist who came from Sweden.
He was born in Stockholm October 21th, 1833 and died in Italy December 10th 1896. Alfred was very talented, his inventions are known worldwide. His testament has also received Sweden to be a world of scientific knowledge. His father, Immanuel was also an inventor, I guess that's where Alfred got his inspiration from. The dynamite was the most famous invention Alfred ever did, he was just 33 years old when he invented it (the year was 1866). It was due to Alfred Nobel, today we have the Nobel Day, when we are awarding prizes to anybody who has done something that means a lot to science, culture and society worldwide. As I already said he was very interested in science and the Nobel day can really see how much he means to science and how honored he is.
